We create a supportive, motivating environment and use play-based learning to keep your child engaged while he or she benefits from high-quality therapy guided by current research.

  • Meet Our Team

    We are a small organization, consisting of a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), who provides speech-language therapy and an Office Manager and Marketing Communications Coordinator, who helps keep things run smoothly.

  • Karen Morgan, Speech Language Pathologist

    Karen is a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with ten years of experience working with preschool and school-aged children. She studied Speech Language Pathology at the University of Alberta and worked in Edmonton before moving back to her hometown of Kingston in 2007. Karen is passionate about supporting each child’s right to communicate and is committed to making families feel confident and involved in the therapeutic process. Karen is a member of the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO #5006), Speech Language & Audiology Canada, and the Ontario Speech and Language Association (OSLA).

  • Ashley Perna

    Ashley is our Office Manager and Marketing Communications Coordinator. She studied office administration at St. Lawrence College, while also writing and editing College’s newspaper. Ashley has worked in the administrative field for over 8 years, and her organizational skills keep the office running smoothly. She is passionate about writing, and enjoys creating and editing informative yet interesting articles with the goal of helping others. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys reading and playing with her young son.
